宜蘭三星蔥油餅下戰帖 尋找擂台王

以宜蘭三星青蔥製作的三星蔥油餅，蔥香四溢，聞名全省，宜蘭縣政府將於3月1日、2日舉辦第一屆三星蔥油餅競賽，邀請擅長製作蔥油餅的全國各地好手進行擂台賽；今天起至本月23日受理報名，限額30組，額滿為止。

農曆正月二十是客家習俗中的天穿日，也是全國客家日，宜蘭縣政府今年在客家聚落三星鄉天送埤地區舉辦「幸福Hakka 凭天穿活動」，結合三星鄉在地農產三星青蔥，舉辦第一屆三星蔥油餅競賽，將選拔出三星蔥油餅的擂台王，歡迎18歲以上民眾報名挑戰。

簡章及報名表請上三星鄉公所網站下載 www.sanshing.gov.tw或洽三星鄉公所索取。
