自創「炸皮蛋」 月賺40多萬

擺夜市也有出頭天，曾經當過運匠的嚴先生，景氣不好毅然決定中年轉行，跑去夜市擺攤，他自創品牌賣起炸皮蛋，想不到炸皮蛋超受歡迎，平均每天賣掉兩千顆皮蛋，讓黑澄澄的皮蛋變黃金，一個月賺進40多萬，也讓他載皮蛋的生財工具，從小黃換成賓士。

每當夜幕低垂，就是黑色皮蛋變身黃金的時刻，皮蛋丟進油鍋，不一會，散出誘人香氣，店員快動作三個皮蛋放一盒，加進佐料，照燒皮蛋大功告成。炸皮蛋，炸到大排長龍，排隊隊伍長到馬路中間，而皮蛋攤子幕後推手是嚴明德，之前是開小黃的計程車司機，因為景氣不好中年轉行，跑來擺攤賣皮蛋，這一賣不得了，小黃變成了賓士。

數百萬的進口賓士，變成皮蛋的運輸車，嚴明德花了不少心血，自創出自己口味的炸皮蛋，超受歡迎平均每天能賣出兩千顆皮蛋，一個月進帳40萬，讓他谷底翻身。請了好幾個工讀生，但嚴明德看到長長排隊隊伍，忍不住跳下去一起做，看到客人咬下皮蛋那笑容，也代表著，顏明德的黑金夢繼續發酵。
