善化採草莓 盛產期落在元宵

〔自由時報記者孟慶慈／台南報導〕寒流一波波來襲，北部溫度低，草莓生長速度不如預期；不過，南部冬天向來溫和，善化區的草莓較往年早結果，草莓園得以提早對外開放採摘；業者表示，善化草莓目前是初產期，預估元宵節前後才是盛產期，產期應可持續至四月初。

美裕草莓園黃姓業者指出，以往草莓園多在十二月左右才開放，但去年十一月中旬就有少量草莓可採了，盛期產約會落在元宵節左右；新春期間全家來採草莓正是時候。

黃姓業者指出，雖然不是盛產期，草莓成熟度都足夠，但生長速度不夠快，來不及應付消費者，建議要來採草莓之前先打電話確認。
