〔自由時報記者洪素卿、趙靜瑜／台北報導〕商周「牛奶駭人」報導市占率六成乳品含禁藥，乳品銷售量應聲下跌兩、三成。乳業協會理事長施宗雄代表發布共同宣言表示，各乳廠與所屬酪農協商，不排除對周刊以及關係人進行法律訴訟及求償。商周對此不願回應，官網上也無任何說明。

商業周刊爆導鮮奶駭人之後，食藥署跟農委會的檢驗報告昨天出爐，所有樣本通通過關，但的確，這樣的報導還是打擊了消費者信心，鮮奶銷量也受到影響，酪農協會今天出面要求商周道歉。

| 酪農憂鮮乳事件 衝擊台灣酪農產業

商周採用銘傳大學副教授陳良宇的實驗，報導國內鮮乳含抗生素代謝物殘留，官方全力動員日夜加班檢驗，證明鮮乳沒有問題，但是消費者信心已受影響，市售鮮乳銷售量確實有減少。酪農協會秘書長吳進隆表示，乳廠與酪農有簽訂契約，目前乳廠仍依合約向酪農收購生乳且持續收購剩餘乳，但是末端銷售如果繼續受到影響，未來要簽新的合約時，乳廠也許不願意再承諾收購剩餘乳，那麼，勢必會衝擊到國內的酪農產業。（張佳琪報導）
