| 南部鐵器×煎燉

南部鐵器主要產地在日本岩手縣盛岡和水澤兩地為主，只要以傳統製造法，且使用手工打造的生鐵器具都稱為南部鐵器，因完全沒有塗層，可瞬間到達高溫，可燉煮或煎。最著名的是日本盛榮堂和鳳文堂等品牌，多半是生鐵壺、鐵急須(泡茶)和鐵瓶(煮開水)、鑄鐵鍋等，在台灣知名度最高的品牌是柳宗理。
