針對食品藥物署等官方單位提出的市售部分乳品檢驗結果，商業周刊昨天連續發出兩次聲明，第一次強調官方單位「未檢出」不等於「零檢出」，支持銘傳大學副教授陳良宇的檢驗結果；晚間發出第二版聲明轉較軟性，強調媒體是「吹哨者」，基於大眾對市售鮮乳長期疑慮，所以抽樣調查，對檢驗結果中有藥品代謝殘留疑慮，予以報導。

〔自由時報記者洪素卿、趙靜瑜、余瑞仁、黃以敬／綜合報導〕《商業周刊》報導市售牛奶含禁藥引發爭議，衛福部與農委會分頭進行乳品檢驗，昨日同步公布最終結果。無論是衛福部針對雜誌報導八種有問題乳品、檢驗九十七種可能藥物，或農委會擴大抽檢市售二十三種乳品、檢驗八十六項動物藥物，結果全符合法令規定，未檢出違規用藥殘留。
