入口即化 逢甲夜市最夯烤馬鈴薯

台中逢甲夜市這一攤烤馬鈴薯，烤到入口即化，淋上老闆特調的金黃Cheese醬，還有20幾種配料可以選擇。每天晚上，攤位前都大排長龍。不過老闆曾經很滄桑。他原本是飯店大廚，因為投資失利，欠了4000萬債務。在母親鼓勵下，他到了夜市重新開始。
