蒸高麗菜雞湯 香甜清爽

蒸高麗菜雞肉鍋
材料：雞腿2支、高麗菜1顆、培根3片、水1000ml
調味料：紹興酒4大匙、蔥2支、薑3片，鹽、白胡椒各少許
準備：整顆高麗菜去除中間硬梗，蔥切段。

整顆高麗菜表面切十字紋。

2燉煮
碗中放雞腿、培根、調味料、高麗菜，加水，以耐熱保鮮膜包起蒸1小時。
