 不鏽鋼餐具含錳問題被踢爆，有超商業者剛好在這時、推出不鏽鋼餐具集點活動，包括可愛的筷子、叉子、湯匙，全都是不鏽鋼，業者只能趕緊附上檢驗安全證明，降低消費者疑慮，不過不管是販賣或製造不鏽鋼餐具的廠商，根據法規，並不會被強制規定附上檢驗證明，相關單位只能加強稽查，但能不能全面保證安全，恐怕得打上大問號。

| 「古拉爵」洋甘菊茶 被驗出農藥殘留

新北市衛生局日前針對餐廳和市售花茶，一共15件進行抽驗，結果有3件不合格，其中包含板橋大遠百古拉爵餐廳的洋甘菊花茶，被驗出不該殘留的可滅蹤0.16ppm殘留，另外還有惠康百貨的茄子和家宜有限公司的乾燥玫瑰花瓣，也被驗出農藥殘留超量，目前古拉爵表示，第一時間已將該項茶飲下架，目前全面停售，儘管這些被驗出的農藥屬於水溶性、毒性低，但醫師提醒，如果大量吃下肚，恐怕還是會對肝、腎造成負擔。

民眾到店家消費發生糾紛，像是胖達人香精事件，因為分店都是總店直營，由總店出面辦理退費與賠償，民眾到摩斯漢堡吃到龍葵鹼金黃薯條，也是由總公司出面負責，但是若是因為食材不新鮮，造成消費者食物中毒、腹瀉，消保官表示，因為加盟店必須透過總店進貨，兩者都須負起連帶責任。
