質地鬆軟的菱角，最常見的是水煮吃法，但只要加些巧思，稍微變化一下，也能變成鹹香好菜，桃園創新技術學校專技助理教授溫國智說：「菱角先炸過，讓質地變鬆軟，烹調後的口感更佳。鹹蛋黃切碎後，一定要加油炒到起泡再放菱角，味道才均勻。」

鋒面加上冷氣團接連報到，未來一周全台各地天氣先雨後冷。中央氣象局表示，今天到周二水氣多，北部、東半部下雨時間長，且有局部性豪大雨。周二各地氣溫下降，周三起受大陸冷氣團影響，降雨減緩天氣逐漸轉乾冷，周三晚上到周四清晨氣溫最低，中部以北沿海空曠地區低溫下探11度。

〔自由時報記者邱宜君／台北報導〕食品藥物管理署上個月追查攙銅葉綠素油品名單，懷疑西班牙Victoria與義大利Basso兩家公司在境外就已混攙，至今真相未明。昨邊境又驚傳橄欖粕油驗出銅葉綠素，海關已扣留該批油品，並未流入市面。
