〔自由時報記者洪素卿／台北報導〕為了減少相關洗衣糾紛，行政院消費者保護會討論通過經濟部研擬的「洗衣定型化契約範本與應記載及不得記載事項修正草案」，明訂洗衣業者若預收洗衣費、超過1千元部分需要提供履約保證；此外，洗衣業者超過交件日30天仍無法完成，消費者可不需付費。全案最快5月實施。

〔自由時報記者黃立翔、陳彥廷、陳韋宗／綜合報導〕又是轉轍器出包！高鐵轉轍器訊號異常昨天影響萬人行程，列車延宕三小時半，被旅客酸「出包出成習慣」。高鐵去年十月漲價以來出包不斷，單單今年前四個月影響發車已高達六次，其中轉轍器訊號異常就有五次，嚴重影響乘客權益；高鐵董座范志強則宣示，將徹底解決類似問題。
